Conor Lamb (D) won the close race to replace Rep. Tim Murphy (R), who resigned last fall after reports that the pro-life congressman asked the woman with whom he had had an affair to have an abortion.

Lamb will be sworn in next month and will run for reelection in the new 17th Congressional District, challenging Rep. Keith Rothfus (R) due to Pennsylvania’s new congressional map.

Saccone will also run again in the 2018 general election, this time in the newly-redrawn 14th Congressional District.
