This week, President Trump nominated Joel M. Carson to be Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. President Trump also nominated nine to serve as District Judges. Those nominated were Susan Paradise Baxter to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Colm F. Connolly to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, Kari A. Dooley to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Gordon P. Giampietro to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Marilyn Jean Horan to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, William F. Jung to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Chad F. Kenney to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Maryellen Noreika to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and Jill A. Otake to be District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

 

Wyoming Governor Matt Mead appointed Lynne Boomgaarden to be Justice on the Wyoming Supreme Court. Boomgaarden replaces Justice William U. Hill, who will retire effective February 17, 2018.

 

Montana Governor Steve Bullock appointed Ingrid Gustafson to be Justice on the Montana Supreme Court. Gustafson replaces Justice Mike Wheat, who will retire effective December 31, 2017.
