Jim Lehman will serve as managing partner of the combined firm, while C. David Brown, former chairman of Broad and Cassel, will become a voting member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

“The response related to the combination from the clients and professionals of both firms has been overwhelmingly positive since the announcement in June,” stated Jim Lehman in a press release. “We are already seeing the benefits to the clients of both firms of our added capabilities, enhanced practices, and broader geographic reach.
