Byron Brown
On August 27th, Byron Brown, most recently deputy chief of staff for policy at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), joined Crowell & Moring as a senior counsel in the firm’s Environment & Natural Resources and Government Affairs practice groups.
During his tenure as the EPA’s deputy chief of staff for policy, Brown helped implement programs concerned with the presidential transition, while also working on policy for the Trump administration.
Before to his most recent role at the EPA, Brown worked on the Capitol Hill for five years, serving most recently as senior counsel for the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works under Sen. Jim Inhofe.
