On July 26, 2018, Land O’Lakes, Inc. named Beth Ford the company’s next president and chief executive officer.

Peter Janzen, Land O’Lakes’ former general counsel and chief administrative officer, has been filling in as the interim chief executive since Chris Policinski’s retirement as president and CEO at the end of June 2018.
Ford joined Land O’Lakes in 2011, after serving as executive vice president and head of supply chain at International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Ford was named to her current role as the chief operating officer of Land O’Lakes Businesses in December 2017, overseeing the company’s WinField United, Purina Animal Nutrition, and Dairy Foods divisions.
Ford will become the company’s ninth CEO on August 1, 2018.
