David Stork
David Stork will become the first chief legal officer of Lithia Motors Inc., which bills itself as among the fastest growing companies in the Fortune 500 (#294 in 2018). The majority of Stork’s career was spent at JELD-WEN, one of the world’s largest window and door manufacturers, most recently serving as its in-house general counsel. He comes to Lithia after a brief stint at law firm Stoel Rives LLP in 2018 as of counsel in the corporate group.
At Lithia, Stork will use his legal expertise to further innovation, diversification, mergers and acquisitions, and enhance the company’s intellectual property.
