Lindsee Gentry

Lindsee Gentry took over as deputy director of external affairs at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, serving as one of FERC’s primary points of contact with Congress; offices of federal, state and local government; and the media, along with Director of External Affairs Leonard Tao.

Gentry formerly served as FERC Chairman Neil Chatterjee‘s strategic advisor and communications director, where she oversaw the chairman’s communications and media strategy. Before that, she was Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell‘s deputy speechwriter.

Gentry holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, Spanish and liberal arts from the University of Alabama.
