William “Bill” Dillon was named co-managing director of Goulston & Storrs PC alongside Martin M. Fantozzi, who has held the role since 2009.

Dillon succeeds Barry Green, who now heads U.S. operations for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments LLC, one of Goulston & Storrs’ key clients.
Dillon has roots in real estate, as well having been co-chair of both the firm’s real estate group and its retail restaurant and consumer industry group. He is also co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono committee; and his clients are primarily involved in the retail, office, multifamily, affordable housing, and education industries.
In addition to his new duties, Dillon will continue to serve as co-chair of the firm’s inclusion advisory committee.
