Leadership Connect (including its sub-processors) lawfully sources data from government agencies or other public data sources (“Providers”). The volume and variety of the data and the methods by which the data is collected limit our ability to independently verify and/or validate the accuracy or completeness of the public data. Accordingly, public data is subject to change at any time without notice.
Although Leadership Connect makes every effort to verify the information we collect, our data is provided “as is”, with no warranty expressed or implied. Leadership Connect, its Providers, sub-processors, employees and agents shall not be responsible for losses or damages that may directly or indirectly arise from the use of the public data contained in Leadership Connect products.
