A week after recruiting Ryan Mucatel as executive vice president and head of its e-sports practice, independent PR firm MWWPR announced Sara Ghazaii joined the firm as vice president of corporate communications and marketing, based in New York. The firm has nine offices across the U.S. and U.K.
Ghazaii will lead internal and external marketing initiatives for the agency and hails from the PR Council (PRC), where she helped lead a full rebrand and co-founded PRC’s agency-specific shadow board: PRC NEXT.
Before that, Ghazaii was director of communications and events at the New York Genome Center from 2014 to 2016, where she oversaw its branding and publicity initiatives.
