Era Anagnosti, a longtime U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) attorney, joined White & Case LLP as a partner working in the Global Capital Markets Practice in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
At the SEC, Anagnosti worked for more than ten years in disclosure operations, most recently serving as acting assistant director for the Office of Financial Services in the Division of Corporation Finance. Her other duties at the SEC involved work within the Office of Manufacturing and Construction, as well as a tenure as a senior advisor in the Office of Risk and Strategy.
Anagnosti received an LL.M. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1996.
