Bryan Cave LLP and Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) LLP voted to merge today, with plans to launch a new firm called Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP in early April 2018.
The combined firm will be led by Co-Chairs Therese Pritchard and Lisa Mayhew.
The merger will place Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP among the world’s 50 largest law firms, with a reported revenue of over $900 million.
This newly combined firm will be the first global firm to be led by two women.
