NCR Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company which provides technology solutions for financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sector organizations, announced several new executive appointments.
Michael D. Hayford, the founding partner of investment firm Motive Partners, has been named chief executive officer. Frank R. Martire, former CEO and executive chairman at Fidelity National Information Services, has been appointed to the position of executive chairman.
Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bill Nuti, having announced his retirement earlier this year out of health concerns, was named Chairman Emeritus and will serve as a consultant for the company.
